I like to keep things really simple when you request a quote or a shoot, because I know how busy we all are.

Property photography doesn’t need to be complicated. I offer a simple system of photography packages for you to choose from to suit your property and your budget. I’ll email you with all the info you need, usually the same day on business days. Then you can get back to me when you’re ready. 

There are no obligations around lengthy phone introductions, zoom meetings or site visits before you go ahead. We can have you booked in for a shoot quickly and easily.  

On confirmation of your shoot, I will provide you with a guide for getting your property ready for photos and an easy online pre-shoot questionnaire where you can tell me more about what you need on the day of the shoot. 

For most of my packages your photos are edited and turned around within 2-3 days after the shoot (the next day for real estate shoots) and they will be available to download immediately so you can get advertising your property ASAP. I also provide no-fuss 30 days invoicing after your shoot, payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

skylight Media Travel Fees 2026

Applicable for shoots located more than 30 minutes drive from Margaret River. Total travel fees will be applied to your final quote or invoice.

Driving:

  • From Margaret River, after the first half hour, fees are calculated at $70 per half hour or part thereof, for one way only.
  • For example if your shoot is located 2 hours drive one way from Margaret River a fee of $210 applies.

 

Accommodation (added to final invoice, depending on package booked):

  • For shoots where the combined travel time and shoot duration is longer than 10 hours an accommodation fee will be applied of $200 per night for me to stay in other local accommodation.
  • The accommodation fee is waived for Overnight Shoots at your accommodation.

 

Other travel:

  • Longer distance travel including multi-day driving or airfares can be discussed and expected fees can be applied to your final quote.
