I like to keep things easy when you need to arrange a shoot, because I know how busy we all are.

Property photography doesn’t need to be complicated. I offer a simple system of photography packages for you to choose from to suit any property and marketing budget. 

My ‘VIP’ booking page offers my photography packages discounted at about 20% off my standard rates, on the basis that my VIP clients will make regular bookings with me for photos. Your ongoing business is really appreciated.

After I receive your request I’ll take a quick review of everything at my end and get back to you with an email that will include:

  • A pre-shoot questionnaire where you can tell me more about what’s required and the logistics for the day of the shoot.
  • A copy of these Terms & Conditions under which all bookings are made. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms, especially the points around payment of fees and licensing of photos.
  • Your invoice updated with any travel fees that apply – $70/30mins after the first half hour from Margaret River (one way).
 
For booking requests located outside of the Margaret River Region I will get back to you asap to confirm my availability, factoring in all required travel time around that shoot.

skylight Media Travel Fees 2026

Applicable for shoots located more than 30 minutes drive from Margaret River. Total travel fees will be applied to your final quote or invoice.

Driving:

  • From Margaret River, after the first half hour, fees are calculated at $70 per half hour or part thereof, for one way only.
  • For example if your shoot is located 2 hours drive one way from Margaret River a fee of $210 applies.

 

Accommodation (added to final invoice, depending on package booked):

  • For shoots where the combined travel time and shoot duration is longer than 10 hours an accommodation fee will be applied of $200 per night for me to stay in other local accommodation.
  • The accommodation fee is waived for Overnight Shoots at your accommodation.

 

Other travel:

  • Longer distance travel including multi-day driving or airfares can be discussed and expected fees can be applied to your final quote.
